Why Buy in 2011

With Interest rates still at historic lows, and the ecnomy hoping to turning around the time is now. If what economists say is true and the signs continue to improve in the US economy, inflation may become a problem. We continue to print money and keep inflation low.
If Inflation raises, which I expect, Look for rates to increase.
